On-site Management and Maintenance Staff: Lynnwood Townhomes is locally owned and operated and is proud to offer on-site management and maintenance staff.  Our staff is experienced in addressing your student's needs.  All requests for repairs and maintenance are completed within 24-48 hours (with priority given to urgent matters, i.e. no hot water, heat, etc).

#1 in Student Housing in Lubbock: Through the Daily Toreador, the students of Texas Tech voted Lynnwood Townhomes the Best Apartment/Housing Community in Lubbock in 2009 and 2007.

Floor plans, Amenities and Affordability: We offer spacious 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans with private accommodations to meet your student's needs.  All our homes are total electric and energy efficient.  They have washer/dryer connections in the utility room and if your student does not own a washer and dryer, we rent the pair for $45 per month.  We provide FREE Suddenlink cable and high-speed internet and we manage the lawn care for the front and back yards.  We are on the Texas Tech bus route which picks up/drops off every 15 minutes Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM (when classes are in session).

Roommate Matching: If your student would like to be placed with a roommate, we can help with that through our Roommate Matching Program.  Each student is asked to complete a personality profile questionnaire in order to better assist us in matching them with someone compatible with their interests, hobbies, and study habits.

Unfurnished: All of our homes are unfurnished, which allows your student to design their living area to suit their own taste and style.  However, if your student prefers a furnished home, we can help with that too!  Ask the office staff for details.

Technology:  As previously mentioned, we provide FREE high-speed internet in every home to help your student stay connected with their coursework, friends and YOU!!  

Local Community: Lynnwood Townhomes is located close to all of your student's favorite places!  In 5 minutes or less your student can get to: Tech Campus, Loop 289, Walmart, United, Rosa's, Wing Stop, Subway, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Sonic, Academy, Big Lots, Freedom Fitness, Body Works and Flex Fitness, just to name a few.
